Placing your order

 

By visiting our website, you confirm that you are over the age of 18.
You must be over the age of 18 to purchase from our website.
You also agree to our terms and conditions and accept our privacy policy.
Goods are subject to availability.
At this moment in time, we only deliver to mainland UK.
We reserve the right to decline your order without giving you any reason before the goods are despatched.

 

Price

 

The price is set out in the order.
The price includes VAT.

Delivery charges are added at checkout.
The price of the goods may be changed by us anytime, this will never affect the price that you have  already paid.

 

Payment

 

We process all payments, including debit and credit cards, through PayPal. By placing your order, you also accept PayPals terms and conditions.

 

Delivery

 

Deliveries will be made with Royal Mail or any other courier and will usually take three (3) to five (5) working days.
Delivery will be made to the address given by you during the ordering process.
A signature is always required by the adult (over 18) who placed the order.
If the recipient is not at home, the courier will leave the delivery in their depot for collection.  
Delivery cost are added at the checkout and may vary.
We may be able to deliver ourselves if you live within our local Bournemouth delivery area, please contact us for further details through the contact form.
If you wish to place a larger order, please contact us through the contact form as we can arrange delivery using a more cost effective courier for larger quantities.

 

Returns

 

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.
You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days after the contract has been made.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We can not accept returns if the goods are un-sealed or appear to have been tampered with.
We can not accept any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Please inspect the goods on arrival for defects as we can not accept any returns after 14 days. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
